iphone 4 wont detect touch
I just put a new screen on my iPhone and now the touch screen won't work please help me figure out the problem please

Some one i know did it themselves it looks like a hard proscess i have more experience than they do and i wouldnt even fix the touch screen myself all i want is a diognostic the iphone wont detect any touch on the screen i would like to know what the problem is please and a few ways to fix it
The person who installed the screen obviously ruined the phone. I suggest you go back to them for help. If you take it in to an Apple Store or service provider they will not touch it because it has been tampered with by an unauthorized technician.
