Q: i have an apple ID. but i can not use this for itunes. when i sing in there come a text - this apple ID has not yet been with the I tunes store. please help me for using this apple id

Not a problem. Open up settings, go to General, open Date & Time. Then turn Set Automatically to Off, click on the physical date which should read "Dec 4, 2013". A number wheel come out and I set it for a later date. Then go into the Appstore and see if you can sign in. After that, just revert the time back to normal. I hope it helps.

I double checked to see if it was an outage, iPad, Macbook Pro, and iPhone all worked fine with iTunes and Mac App Store. Mac Pro had the issue.

@colinm3 I have Date & Time set to manually, because there are always problems with it

@Rthally I checked it on my iMac, iPhone and MacBook. there is error message on all of them. I see many complains in discussions, so probably no global outage, but outage, which affected a lot of people.

Hello guys.

I had the same problem but i connected my iphone to my pc, i went to itunes, i logged into my account (it works on itunes) --- Go to ACCOUNT > go down and where's the line "Reset all the warnings for buying and downloading" press the button "reset".

Then i logged into my iphone with my account and it worked

I tried it, and change of time helped me too. Now I am able to log in and buy stuff on iPhone and Mac too. Thanks.

This is very irritating. Let me know if anyone finds a solution.

I am on PC and I had to do the date roll forward with the iPhone and the PC to get both to work.

Update it works

I disabled wifi, it worked

Open itunes store > Click youre apple id in top left corrner (email address under play button) > click sign out > Now click sign in (where apple id/ email used to be) > Click "OK" on pop up message & enter cerdit card info OR select NONE (next to credit card pictues) = SOLVED
