Best of luck.
I wonder if anyone outside of the U.S. ever asks this question?

I'm sure when you asked this question you didn't expect to have your parenting called into question. So to answer your question with a more applicable answer. I've been using an iPhone app called Parentkit. It's by far the best app out there to assist parents in managing their child's iPad/iPhone use. The parent can schedule what aspects (apps, safari etc) the child can gave access to and a specific time period when access is allowed. We've been using it to prevent the kids from using their iPad during school hours but allowing them to use it during lunch and recess breaks. The best part is this can all be done remotely from your own iPhone or iPad. Hope this helps.
