Itunes stopped functionning and cannot update

Hi

I have been having problems updating Itunes the last few times that the update notification has come up. This morning I thought I should try again. I uninstalled Itunes in the hope that reinstalling it would solve the issue.

The following issue appears (see below). Needless to say that I have not touched Itunes in any way or changed any "privilege" either. Now I cannot even install/reinstall.

I run Windows 7- 64 bit.

Can someone help please?
