I have purchased a used 3GS and no Sim. I have been told it is on vodaphone but i get no service with a vodaphone or O2 sim card. I have restored the phone via itunes (via reboot) which was successful but it tells me there is no sim installed. I am not able to get passed the location screen to get into the settings either.
I have the IMEI but under it says ICCID Unknown, what can i do?
