Q: How do I purchase Current Storage Plan?

I am not able to purchase my current storage plan as advised by icloud - I follow the instructions and get to the 'done' button, which is greyed out so that I cannot complete the renewal. Anyone have any ideas?

I am pretty sure your iCloud storage auto-renews until you change your plan again.

 

You can export your mail locally to your Mac:

In the Mail app > Select all the items you want to export (inbox, sent, folders you created) > Message > Export Mailbox > Select a loction
