Why are the movies and tv shows in my library now giving a delayed speech problem.?

I Was living over seas in India for work and my ITunes library worked fine, now I'm living in Argentina and since I got here every time I try to play a movie or tv show from my lirbray( I've had the items for some time now) the video is fine but the speech content is 3-5 seconds behind what the actor or cartoon is saying. Is this a country issue? We are originally from the US and set up iTunes there years ago, this is the first time I've ever seen this issue.
