Wifi is disabled can't turn it on? (Out grayed)

I bought a Iphone 4s for like 6 months ago, and 2 days ago my wifi stopped working.
I cant even activate it (from 0--->1) It is just frozen at 0

I bought a Iphone because of the quality I thought it was....
But maybe I was wrong, i have googled it and found a lot of people who got the same problem as me?:

My question is:

What can i do??
Why wont my telecompany give me a new Iphone? (Tried to call them)
Why wont Apple give me a new Iphone? (Tried call them) Both refused to give me new and blame each other.
Why no fix I can see people have got this problem for like 1 year???

Why do Apple have all those warranties when they dont even keep their words...

In case of errors or malfunctions of your Apple product, you can make your claim against Apple, even if you purchased the product by a third party. This warranty is based on the following provision in the European warranty that guarantees the rights of consumers in Europe

Very dissapointed Apple costumer 😟(

Apple will replace the phone if it is within the one year warranty and is found to be defective. You can check the warranty status here: https://selfsolve.apple.com/agreementWarrantyDynamic.do.

The warranty is one year, and is honored in the country of purchase. The EU counts as one country for warranty purposes.

You can try troubleshooting it yourself by following the instructions here: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1559

Back up your phone using iTUnes or iCloud. Then once the back up is completed. Erase all content and settings and set up as new phone. if Wi-fi is still greyed out. Put iphone in DFU mode and have itunes restore the phoen.

Connect your phone to the computer. Hold down sleep/wake and home button toghether for 18 sec. Release sleep/wake button keep holding homebutton until you see a message from itunes saying it sees a iphone in recovery mode. release home button press ok on the message and the click restore. when the restore is done set the phone up as a new phone. Test to see if wi-fi is greyed out. if it is call 18006947466. if you are under warranty they will help.
