i have already sold my apple product iPhone4 awaiting to get the ios7 the one releasing in fall then how do i get the serial number?

i just can't contact the apple support.. and anyone who can help me change my rescue Email ID ..through mail or something.. help appreciated..

If you sync your iPhone with iTunes, open iTunes ->> Preferences ->> Devices Pane,

position the cursor over any of its backups. Your iPhone's serial number as well as phone number will appear in a popup window.
