Q: i purchased a pre ordered album and i am unable to download it

i pre orderd an ablujm, recieved an email telling me my order was in and all i had to do was go to the itunes store and download it. i go to the itunes store and it keep saying in the dowload area that there is nothing to download at this moment. i viewed this on my laptop and phone just to make sure it wasnt the devices.
