I pre-ordered Neko Case's new album and now it says purchased but I cannot download it (except the single "Man" which I downloaded earlier when it was first available).
There is no option to download it just says purchased.

First thing I'd suggest trying is the 'Check for availalble downloads' item under the Store menu in iTunes. If that doesn't start the download, you might try cancelling the pre-order and purchasing the album normally. Otherwise, I'd recommend reporting an issue with the purchase via your order history.
