I am getting an error message when I try to burn a cd

I am getting an eror message when I try to burn a cd of an iTunes playlist. The number that came up was 4310. Help!

Hey KISSAPES,

I came across some information for you that goes over troubleshooting CD/DVD drives in iTunes for Windows. I would first recommend following along with the steps within:

Then, if that doesn't seem to solve the problem, you can try removing and reinstalling iTunes. There are directions for that here:
