Can you get into: Settings>General>Reset>Erase All Content & Settings? If so, that will remove. If not, login to iCloud.com, & if Find My Phone is setup & the phone connected to the Internet, issue the command to erase your phone. That will also do the trick.

You DON'T need a computer as the above posts states...the post is incorrect.

My sister just bought her iPhone 4 from a friend who doesnt know the restriction passcode and wanted me to find a way around it for her which led me here. She is looking to remove the restriction passcode and reset to factory so all of her friend stuff is no longer on there. She doesnt have a computer nor access to one so she hasnt created a backup of her phone. If I remotely wipe her phone for her via iCloud Find My Phone what happens after? She doesn't care about losing pictures or number or anything. Will the wipe return her phone to factory setting? If so would she just go about the set up as if she just recieved a new phone? I don't wont to wipe her phone for her and then her no longer to be able to access it or use it. Any information would be helpful as we don't want to make it unusable.
