Apple ID & Security Questions

I have 2 problems.

My ipad & iPhone have different IDs. I can't remember my my pw or my security questions for my iPhone. I can't remember my security questions for my ipad. I want to purchase music but can't on my iphone (bc I can't remember my pw or security questions). & can't on my ipad bc iTunes wanted my security answers & locked me out when I gave wrong answers. Arghhhh!
