My ipad runs slow when loading web pages
I have deleted cookies, cleared history even reset to default settings. It's still slow

It's normal for iPad web pages to load more slowly than, say, your desktop computer. The key to speed is to concentrate on using Apps that increase your speed of use - instead of relying on browser-based activities.
E.g.,instead of looking up IMDB movies with your browser, use the app.
