Moving AddressBook, iCal data to Mountain Lion (from Tiger)

Tried moving the whole folder (as suggested in other posts I've found) but nothing happens.

Anybody got a clue especially since they've renamed the Apps. Still haven't found the files

in 10.8 that relate to these newer apps data files.

Need the data from these Apps:

AddressBook

iCal

Keychain

Mail

Safari (prefs, bookmarks, etc.)
