Q: Please healp- I cant connect to Itunes from my PC with Windows XP

I cant get Itunes to work on my PC. Everything is up dated, time zone correct, flushed Cache etc but still wont connect. PLease help

    Thank you for using Apple Support Communities!

    It sounds like the iTunes application will not open on your PC at all.

    I would take a look at this article:

    Try uninstalling itunes first it will not remove your media follow the step below. Then re download itunes from the apple web site.

     

    Use the Control Panel to uninstall iTunes and related software components in the following order and then restart your computer:

    1. iTunes
    2. QuickTime
    3. Apple Software Update
    4. Apple Mobile Device Support
    5. Bonjour
    6. Apple Application Support (iTunes 9 or later)

    Important: Uninstalling these components in a different order, or only uninstalling some of these components may have unintended affects.
