Frank's reply will sure solve your immediate problem but to answer your basic question ... you cannot remove yourself from the community (short of the hosts taking extreme action). Indeed, you should stay with us. Your current problem arose because you didn't have the benefit of Frank's advice. Now you have, you can control your reply count.
