I have restarted my Mac several times, still on the statusbar I can see I have 139.27 GB avaliable. From the Apple menu I can see that I have only 97.32 GB free...
What's correct?
Boot camp tells me that I dont have even 10GB free on my disk…What can I do?
I'm not sure what you mean by "statusbar" or "from the Apple menu"... does the latter refer to your Storage tab? If you have Time Machine running, you may see local snapshots included in the Storage tab.
As for what you're seeing in Boot Camp, that's likely the space remaining on your Boot Camp partition.

Go to View and select Show Status bar and you will see. I don't have Time machine running at the moment.
I even tried disk utility…

You may notice a difference in available space statistics between Disk Utility, Finder, and Get Info inspectors. This is expected and can be safely ignored. The Finder displays the available space on the disk without accounting for the local snapshots, because local snapshots will surrender their disk space if needed.
