I am still being charged for I tunes I'm not using and now over 800 dollars over drawn please help me

If you aren't buying anything new, including in-app purchases, then have you got any auto-renewing subscriptions ? There are instructions on this page for managing and stopping them :

You can also view the purchase history on your account via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes - your account's page should have Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it which you can click on.

I hate to be the barer of bad news Rhonda, however, you may need to seek financial counseling. If accidental payments of $24.95 put your overdrawn statement to $800. You may have other issues. Seeking financial counseling is not considered weak...its just a smart thing to do. Besides, if you are young now is the best time. This way you can set yourself up for financial success in the future. I would probably start by not purchasing non necessities in life, like iTunes anything. Also, if you haven't figured out from the previous comments...no one in this blog is affiliated to Apple or iTunes. Here are some links to help you...
