If you aren't buying anything new, including in-app purchases, then have you got any auto-renewing subscriptions ? There are instructions on this page for managing and stopping them :
http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4098
You can also view the purchase history on your account via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes - your account's page should have Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it which you can click on.
I Was just now charged five times to my checking. I only wanted to purchase more iCloud space for .99 cents per month.
3 Charges for .99 cents & 2 charges for $10.99 I would like reimbursement except for the one charge for more iCloud space of the amount of .99 cents per month. Thank you
King_Penguinis in no position to give you any type of reimbursement and nobody else here is either. You need to Contact iTunes Support:
https://www.apple.com/support/itunes/
Click on "Account & Billing"
I have 3 charges of 10.99. I have not ordered any thing to have this charge. Please reimburse me all 3 charges. Thank you

You don't understand. Nobody here works for Apple. We are other users volunteering our time here to help others. SergZak posted the link for you to contact iTunes Support for help. Use the link and contact them. We cannot do anything for you.
I hate to be the barer of bad news Rhonda, however, you may need to seek financial counseling. If accidental payments of $24.95 put your overdrawn statement to $800. You may have other issues. Seeking financial counseling is not considered weak...its just a smart thing to do. Besides, if you are young now is the best time. This way you can set yourself up for financial success in the future. I would probably start by not purchasing non necessities in life, like iTunes anything. Also, if you haven't figured out from the previous comments...no one in this blog is affiliated to Apple or iTunes. Here are some links to help you...
