Very Important Episode Not Functioning Properly. Please help!!!!

So, I've been doing my podcast for a while, haven't experienced any problems in a loooong time. Last night I uploaded today's episode. When I checked the iTunes store this morning, it wasn't there. So I validated the XML file, and as far as I can tell there aren't any problems. I checked my RSS, it shows up there fine. The episode plays and everything, no problems. I download the episode from the RSS, however, and it doesn't download the whole thing. First try, it downloaded the first four minutes. Second try, it downloaded the first thirty minutes. Third try, it downloaded the first forty-nine minutes. Fourth try, the first forty-one minutes. This is a very important episode, please help! We have guest stars from one of our favorite podcasts, and it seems like everytime we make a step forward, against all logic, some random problem wedges itself in our way to keep us from making any sort of progress. There is nothing different about this episode and the last eighteen episodes we have uploaded. The only difference is that this one is incredibly important to us. Please, please, please help!
