Q: I got an email from iCloud saying my I had to pay $20 to renew my 10GB storage, and when I tried to downgrade to free 5GB, I could not complete it because to "Done" button was inactive.  Help!

I got an email from iCloud saying that I had to pay $20 by 9/30 to renew my 10GB storage plan (which I did not know I had!).  When I tried to downgrade to the free 5 GB, I could not complete the screen as the "Done" button was inactive.  Help!!

iPad 2, iOS 6.0.1
