I got an email from iCloud saying my I had to pay $20 to renew my 10GB storage, and when I tried to downgrade to free 5GB, I could not complete it because to "Done" button was inactive. Help! more

Sep 4, 2013 11:39 AM in response to scotlandgoldby randers4,Did the email said that your plan would automatically be downgraded if you did not renew it? If so, that's why you can't complete it...because it will automatically revert to 5GB with no further action on your part.

Then it said "to change or cancel it, you can downgrade it from your iPhone, etc." Thats what I tried to do and could not complete. Any suggestions?
