Sep 6, 2013 2:17 PM in response to sameyeam68by yodathejedi,i think it is required to have the billing info up to date, especially if you have pending transacations. failure to do so could disable your account. best to just update the billing info?

Or do you get the 'none' option on the payment details screen on your account - the 'none' option won't show if you owe iTunes money or if you have purchases due soon (e.g. auto-renewing subscriptions or pre-orders) and don't have a balance on your account

To manage or change your payment method, go to the iTune Store on your computer. Then in "Red" it says "There's a billing problem with a previous purchase. Please enter another payment method." I have went into the iTune store and have changed my payment method and also called Paypal and my account has no problem. It still keeps getting this same message when I try to purchase an app.

May 18, 2014 10:21 AM in response to sluchtby King_Penguin,Assuming that you are doing this on an iOS device, then you've updated/checked your payment details via your computer's iTunes (Paypal details can only be done on a computer's iTunes) and you are in the US (as far as I know that is the only place that Paypal is currently supported) - is it accepted on your computer's iTunes ? If it is then have you since tried logging out and back into your account on your phone ?
