How do I find an ibook by title?

If you are searching on your computer's iTunes then typing in the book's title in the search box at the top right of iTunes when viewing the store will search for it. But not all ibooks are available in all countries (some countries only have free ibooks), and for a book to be sold in a particular country the book's publisher has to grant Apple a license to sell it there.
