Physically stuck, as in it won't move at all? Or just non-responsive?
Either way, try to reset the device; hold down the Sleep/Wake button and Home buttons simultaneously for 15-20 seconds until the silver Apple logo appears.

Try the reset, like I described. Does this turn off the device?
Also, if it's physically stuck, you'll need to get the device serviced. The reset is just a temporary workaround.

No problem! FYI, if it's considered accidental damage or past the warranty time, you're looking at $199 USD. If it's within warranty time and not considered accidental damage by Apple, then it should be free.

do u know how to start the iphone once u switch off the phone n ur power button stops working ???
just connect the charger n remove for 2 to 3 time n it will start again
