I work for a non-profit and need to purchase Final Cut Pro X tax free. How do I do that?

The Mac App store doesn't offer tax-free purchases, and besides, I'd prefer to order Final Cut Pro from a business with a phone number and address... the mac app store makes it difficult to find those details (which our accounting department requires). What should I do?

The application is only sold through the App Store. The price is fixed in the store. Recovery of state sales taxes can only be done through the state's revenue service. Apple, like Amazon, will not involve itself in determining tax free status.

The phone number and address are readily available on the Apple web site.
