Q: I Pre-Ordered An Album But It Won't Download

I pre-ordered Ariana Grande's "Yours Truly", and it says it is released, but it won't let me play any of the songs. iTunes already charged me for the album, but when I try to play, it won't let me. It just says pruchased, I looked at everything that I thought would help, but nothing did.

Check your purchase history to download previous purchases. Also you can check on your computer in your iTunes folder to see if the purchase has been downloaded. If you find it there you should be able to double click it and it should open in iTunes.

Try going to the purchased link under quick links in the itunes store and click on the music tab search for the album there and if it has the cloud symbol next to the songs click on those symbols or hit download all on the bottom right
