I've used Video Converter which allows to customize video resolution. Maybe you can have a try. Anyway it is said that VLC player can play almost any file type. Sounds good. You might as well give a try too.

The size of the original video is 21 MB and the size of the encoded one is of 25 MB. That means it has a better resolution than the original one? Or what can i do so they both have the same size and dimensions?
