I have tried for days to try and figure out why my videos on my windows 7 pc won't even "go near" iOS software. I have changed my preferences and format types from mp4 and mov ect. and yet I still can't even see the video I want to put on my ipod in the media files. It's really starting to stress me out so I really could use some advise. Ps. Im not super computer savy.

If you find that you are not using the correct video format you might check out a program such as DamnVid. It is rather user friendly.

Synced videos will NOT go the Pod's Camera Roll album. That album is for photos/videos taken by are saved to the iPod like one saved from email attachments The videos will go to the Photos app.
If necessary use the free HandBrake converter on your computer. It has presets for videos for iOS devices.
