Q: Paid storage won't downgrade. Why?
On my iPhone it says that my free 40GB storage expires soon and I will be charged $40 automatically. It offers downgrade options and when I choose the 5GB free option the "Done" button is greyed out so it won't allow me to confirm.
Please advise!

That's because your plan is already scheduled to downgrade to 5GB if you do nothing, so there is nothing to change if that's what you prefer. (See http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5527.)
