Q: is there a way to make the icons or wigdets larger on the iphone4?

settings/general/accessibility/zoom turn that ON but a word of warning it makes the whole screen really large and difficault to navigate around  Read  http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5018?viewlocale=en_US

Read that first so you will know how to turn zoom off if you dont like it
