Aug 27, 2016 3:36 PM in response to Ryan Ansteeby bardoc,While trying to call the store seems an obvious solution, it doesn't work well at all. Apple has gone through great pains to ensure that you can never contact a human being, either by phone or on line. You get a phone "voice" which - no matter what you ask for - shuttles you into a neverending loop of phone tag. Their web page, surprisingly, is horribly designed; unless you know the secret code (which is to click on the microscopic blue "Genius bar" in the colum on the bottom of the page), and instead follow the obvious choices on the screen, you'll also just get into a loop where you're shuttled around and around the same choices. It's easily possible to spend an hour trying before you're able to get to speak to someone, and by then you are (or at least I am) so frustrated that it's very difficult to speak politely or calmly to the poor kid who's trying to help you.
Good luck.

Aug 27, 2016 7:14 PM in response to bardocby gail from maine,The instructions in this Apple Club article by one of our Community stars walks you through the process which allows you to avoid talking to anyone, and also allows you to check, cancel, or change your appointment time. It is a bit convoluted (understatement), but once you go through it, it becomes much easier
Cheers,
