The Reminder Application on MacBoo Pro does not have a way of setting AM or PM time for a reminder. You can set a reminder for Tomorrow lets say at 11:00. Before noon or after noon - no way to tell.
Any Ideas?

I am not familiar with the Reminder application but what happens if you set the time to a 24 hour clock?

I'm assuming you are refering to the OS date and time. Don't like 24Hr army style but I tried. Also quited the Reminder appliction and opened agian. No change and can't type 23:00 for instance instead of 11PM. On iPhone there is a nother box I think for AM PM.
I do not have a solution for you, unfortunately.
