Will Old CRT Monitor Work on Mac Pro?

I use a "LaCie electron22blueIV" CRT monitor. Will this old monitor work with the "Apple Mac Pro 'Quad Core' 2.8 (2010/Nehalem)" computer? Do I need to install some sort of hardware to make it work with the Mac Pro mentioned above?

The Mac DVI-I ports contain the five signals needed for Analog VGA, directly generated by the graphics card. This will give you better results from a cheap, simple adapter than from any converter.


They are in the bar at the end of the connector, the four pins around it, and one pin from the top row of the grid. Salmon-pink below:
