Phone has all sorts of problems

My wifi switch is grayed out. Won't turn on no matter how many tricks I try. Phone is constantly overheating. The camera will stop working. Crashes whenever I open it. Won't actually save the photos I take. It's really dumb. Phone isn't even a year yet.
