Why dont you do the obvious thing and activate iCloud using your AppleID

Settings > iCloud > Account. Turn on "Find My iPhone".

If you don't have an AppleID create one here:

In iOS 7 there is Settings > iCloud > Account > Find My iPhone. The Account is listed at the top of the window you access after tapping iCloud. As you scroll/move down the window Find My iPhone is towards the bottom just above Storage and Backup. If you're not seeing anything like that then there's either something wrong with you, your phone or both.
