Magic mouse - gestures not workin on mac mini

doesnt work for me...

using OSX 10.6.8 on mac mini1,1

some pics...

but still no gestures on my magic mouse.

In bluetooth settings the mouse is recognized as a magic mouse, but i am not able to scroll or use other gestures..

would be nice if someone could help me.
