Q: photo presentation thru email

If by general public you mean people who use all sorts of platforms (not just Mac's and iOS devices), the normal way to do this would be via a link to a standard photo sharing service, searching for one that offers a flipbook format via browser access if that is really important.
Is there some special reason you want to use .epub format?

I was not using epub just was looking for a solution and didnt know what community to post in. and yes thats exactly what I though it would need to be a link to a web based photo site as it needs to be able to be viewed by any computer or device. Thanks again for your help.
