White screen with logo, no spinning wheel and constantly restarting to repeat the same cycle. Please help!! :'(

My Mac desktop froze and upon restarting it I got a white/gray screen with the apple logo (no spinning wheel) and then the screen goes black and it restarts and does the same thing over and over again. PLEASE HELP!!! :'( I don't have my original disks. I believe I'm running snow leopard

If the startup disk has not failed, it may need repairing but you can only do that from the install disc.

You can contact Apple Customer Support at 800-767-2775 to replace your install disc. They will charge shipping and handling.

You will need the serial number for your Mac to do so.
