Q: I want to gift aps from my account to another account

I had a personal iPad that I purchased many aps to use in the classroom that I would like to gift to another teacher.  I want to do this because I no longer have an iPad.  I have purchased another tablet.  These aps are not being used currently which is why I would like to gift them.  Can I do this and how would I do this?

    Sorry, but if you have ever used the App yourself you can no longer give it away.

    The apps are actually linked to your account, if you bought them on your account you can't really share them with her.

     

    You can gift them from an apple device or in itunes, in the app store, when you've selected the app you can choose "gift this app"

    You could give another person access to your account, then they could re-download the apps you already purchased with your account without charge, but then that person would have access to your account and could buy things on your card, and all of your icloud data... I wouldn't recommend that though.
