I purchased an album it's says purchased but it won't download

Check your previous purchase list within iTunes; if it shows downloaded then it is on the computer. If it shows a cloud icon, then click on it to start the download. Also search your computer to see if the files are there. If you are not able to resolve the issue then report it to iTunes.

if that doesn't work call apple and they'll have to regrant the download.
