I have a huge issue, someone help me!!!
Telemarketers constantly calling me me despite the fact that my Do Not Disturb is ON with only allowing Favs to come through. Not only that,but I have my repeated calls OFF as well. (Needless to say that telemarketers are not in my Favs.National Do not Call list - also check!)
Is this a bug in the DND feature?? This is driving me insane. Thanks!!!

Try resetting all settings. that doesn't fix it, Back up and restore using itunes.

To turn ON/OFF "Do Not Disturb" - on the left side of the phone (where the volume buttons are); the top button is the "Do Not Disturb" button. If in "up" position (toward screen) the "Do Not Disturb" feature is OFF. If in the "down" position (toward back of phone) the "Do Not Disturb" feature is ON.
No, that is the Mute switch.
