If the kernel panic appears when you are using both apps at the same time, it looks like they interfer, but the problem is with Parallels, as it appears under "Kernel Extensions in Backtrace".
I recommend you to remove one of the apps, as both of them do the same. VirtualBox is free, and it should work correctly. If not, just use one of them at the same time, and make sure that you are using the most recent Parallels version

Did you update any of these applications? We know that Parallels is problematic with kernel panics, so as I told you, check that you are running the latest Parallels version.
Although the best solution is to use only one of these apps, if Parallels keeps on crashing while it's running at the same time as VirtualBox, upgrade Parallels to 9, which has been released last week and it provides compatibility updates
I'm searched around google and knowledge base of Parallels. This problem is not solution to fix now:

Absolule I upgrade from 8 > 9 too. This problem is CPU!

Hi, I has upgraded Little Snitch from 2.5.3 to 3.2 (nightly 4041) but the problem still there. So upgrading LS not solve my case!

_With Parallels Desktop 8: Your MacOSX will be appreared GrayScreen and reboot the real machine
_WIth Parallels Desktop 9: Your MacOSX will not reboot real machine, it will show up noticed: error and auto suspend virtual machine
Uninstall:
com.nvidia.CUDA 1.1.0
...you don't need it, OS X has its own video drivers, and it's a frequent cause of kernel panics.

Thank you very much, but after uninstall the CUDA driver, it's not help for me. Also reinstall OS and got same problem
So then you still have the vpn kext and Little Snitch installed, along with Parallels and VB.
Boot into Safe Mode. If the problem goes away, it is one of those things you still have installed.

I'd start with Parallels, then Kerio.
If you downgrade to VirtualBox 4.2.12, the problem will go away. I don't like the idea of staying version locked indefinitely, but it's a fix for now.
What is it that is interfering with VB? I've got VB 4.2.16 running fine. In fact, all versions since 4.2.8 have worked with Mountain Lion.
