Can't remember security questions! And my account is for another country...

I don't remember my answers for my security questions! I don't have a rescue email either.

I know that the only way to fix this is to call apple support. However, the account I don't remember the questions for isn't the American Apple. I have an account on Japanese Apple as well to be able to purchase Japanese apps and music. My information is all in Japanese.

I don't think calling the Apple number will help me, what should I do?
