I've bought a new Sony VAIO and want to download all my iTunes purchases to it but it won't work?!

I've downloaded iTunes and authorised the laptop but it won't let me access the store the download all my previously purchased songs.

When i try to sync my iPhone 5 to the laptop, it never gets past the 'waiting for Freya's iPhone' stage.

When i go onto iTunes Store nothing shows up apart from the top toolbar. I can't click 'Purchased' to download my songs to my new laptop as it isn't showing up :/
