Connect Window Computers to Mac and its Drives

I have dones this for years on Snow Leopard with no issues. Now that I upgraded to Lion I have issues everytime I reboot my Mac. I always have to enter the macs password when connecting to drives on the mac but now I have to go into the Sharing preferences and disable and re-enable sharing every time I reboot.

Is there something I can check to deal with this issue?
