I used *67 and now can't get it off

I tried *67 to see if I could block my number from showing up on receiving phones when making certain phone calls on my iPhone 4s. Now, I can't remove it! I turned my iPHone completely off and then back on to no avail. Does anyone know how I can remove this and have my number show up again when I call?

Go to Settings > Phone > Show My Caller ID and set it "On".

Also, *82 is the opposite of *67.

This did not work. My phone is on to show my caller I'd. I added *82 in front of 10-digit number. I get a error message with 167 in front of ten digit phone number. Also shows +1 (1) (216) 116-11 error invalid number. Please re-send using a valid 10 digit mobile number or valid short code.
