No, if you do not sync with iCloud Contacts or computer Addressbook/Contacts program.

Did you back up the iPhone to iTunes before you lost the contacts?
I have not backed my phone up via iTunes or iCloud prior to losing the contacts. Guess I'll just have to go old school and try looking them up via White Pages. Thanks to you both!
