How do you open the keyboard window.
Total noobie question, but how do you make a new keyboard thing in garage band. And is there anyway to turn your computer keyboard into the piano keys?
Are you asking about GarageBand on your Mac or iPad?
On your Mac the Musical Typing window will turn your alpha numerical keyboard keys into a piano keyboard: Windows > Musical Typing.
the letters on the keys will show you the key to press.
The iPad will show a built in touch keyboard when playing the piano or organ.

What do you mean by new keyboard thing? Do you want to assign sounds to piano keys?
On your Mac use the Sound effect instrument from the software instrument section. You can drag sound clips to the keys of the musical typing keyboard. See: 11: Play sounds with the Sound Effects Software Instrument
