How do I transfer music from my PC to my iPod Touch ?

I bought my ipod Touch 3 weeks ago and can't seem to find how to transfer my music from my PC using iTune. How is it done ? I looked in the help section and can seem to figure it out. HELP PLEASE. Thanks

iPod touch, iOS 6.1.3
